I am actively looking for a job as **Network & Systems Administrator** or **Desktop Support Engineer** position in organization. With **7+ years of hands-on experience** in network infrastructure, systems administration, IT support, and VoIP environments, I bring a strong combination of technical expertise, practical problem-solving, and experience managing business-critical IT infrastructure.
Throughout my career, I have designed, deployed, maintained, and troubleshot network and systems infrastructure across multiple business environments. My technical expertise includes **Cisco and MikroTik networking, VLANs, routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware ESXi, Linux administration, backup and disaster recovery, and Asterisk PBX**. I have also handled hardware troubleshooting, workstation provisioning, system monitoring, and end-user support.
In my current role as a **Network & Systems Engineer**, I provide outsourced infrastructure management across **15+ client environments**, working on both remote and on-site deployments. My responsibilities include designing and deploying network infrastructure, configuring firewalls and wireless networks, administering Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments, provisioning workstations, implementing backup solutions, and resolving escalated network and system issues. This experience has strengthened my ability to manage multiple environments efficiently while maintaining reliability and minimizing downtime.
Previously, I managed IT infrastructure for a **VoIP-based call-center environment**, where I was responsible for network and server operations, Cisco and pfSense infrastructure, Active Directory, security policies, backup and disaster recovery, and VoIP systems. I also have experience building network infrastructure from the ground up, implementing VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, NTP, firewall policies, and Asterisk PBX solutions.
I hold the **Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)** and **Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)** certifications, complementing my extensive practical experience with networking, systems administration, and cloud technologies.
