- Microsoft Azure administration — Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Desktop, Entra ID/Azure AD, Enterprise Applications, Blob Storage, Load Balancers, and Firewalls.
- VMware vSphere and Nutanix cluster administration, including provisioning, snapshots, cloning, and firmware upgrades.
- Windows Server administration (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, and SCCM-based patch management.
- ITIL-aligned service operations, Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management via ServiceNow and JIRA, consistently maintaining SLA compliance above 98%.
- Leading cross-functional teams of up to 12 members and coordinating with vendors including Microsoft, VMware, HPE, and Cisco.
- Designing AI-driven automation workflows (n8n) that reduced manual IT operations effort by approximately 30%.
