Job Details

I am an IT professional with 12 years of experience across IT operations, information security, NOC/SOC, service management, infrastructure, and project management.

Key Qualifications:

Current Role: IT Operations, Security & Projects Lead

IT Operations: Incident management, troubleshooting, service delivery, and performance improvement

Cybersecurity: Information security, security operations, and risk management

Infrastructure: Enterprise networking, systems administration, and technical support

Leadership: Team management, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery

International Experience: 8 years working with an Australian organization and 2.5+ years of UAE experience

Salary Expectation: AED 8,000–10,000 per month (negotiable based on the role and overall package).

Availability: Currently based in Sri Lanka and open to relocating to the UAE.
