I'm an IT Support Engineer based in Dubai with over 4 years of experience in L1/L2 support across the UAE and India. I have supported 200+ users across multiple clients, covering hardware, software, AV setups and vendor coordination.
My technical skills include:
ServiceNow (operational level) and ITIL-based ticket handling
Active Directory, Azure AD and Microsoft 365
Windows Server and SCCM
Veeam backups
FortiGate, VPN and TCP/IP troubleshooting
