I am an experienced IT professional and technical leader with a strong background in IT operations, service delivery, team leadership and end-user support across education, healthcare and commercial environments.

I have experience working as an Acting Head of IT, Deputy Head of Department, IT Team Leader and IT Support Engineer. Throughout my career, I have led support teams, managed multi-site IT operations, coordinated workloads, resolved complex technical incidents and worked closely with senior stakeholders to ensure reliable and effective IT services.

My technical experience includes Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server and Windows 10/11, networking, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Google Workspace, Moodle, virtualisation, hardware deployment and IT asset management.

I also have strong experience in people management, coaching, mentoring and staff development. I am comfortable managing competing priorities, improving IT processes and documentation, and acting as an escalation point for business-critical technical issues.

I am currently based in Dubai and seeking opportunities in IT Management, IT Operations, IT Support Management, Technical Team Leadership or senior IT support roles. I am a proactive, reliable and service-focused professional who is keen to bring my technical and leadership experience to an organisation in the UAE.
