During my experience as an IT Engineer at Service Care Pvt. Ltd., I provided desktop support and technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and resolving user problems to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. I also worked as an IT Analyst at BirlaSoft, where my responsibilities included Active Directory management, cloud/server maintenance, router configuration, security server operations, and technical analysis.
My technical skills include Desktop Support, L1 Support, Hardware and Software Troubleshooting, Remote Support, Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, MS Office, and basic networking. I also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by my experience with Python, SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
I am currently based in Dubai and am actively seeking an opportunity where I can contribute to reliable IT operations while continuing to develop my technical and system administration skills. I am comfortable working with users, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with teams, and maintaining a professional service-oriented approach.
