I am currently in Dubai, in Business Bay, on a 60-day visit visa and available for immediate joining.

With over 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, I have worked with reputed organizations including KONE Elevators and PwC India. My experience includes managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, handling high-volume hiring, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth onboarding and HR operations.

In my previous roles, I have successfully managed hiring across IT and audit functions and Contractual hiring For India, consistently met recruitment targets, and improved hiring efficiency through structured processes and strong vendor management. I am also experienced in using HRIS tools such as Workday and have a strong understanding of recruitment analytics and workforce planning. I also bring with me the 6 months of recruitment experience by working in Dubai for UAE locations as well.

I am particularly interested in opportunities in Dubai, as I am eager to contribute to a dynamic organization while expanding my professional exposure in the UAE market. I bring strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
