I have developed a solid understanding of UAE Labor laws and regulations, participated in end-to-end recruitment, screened resumes, scheduled interviews, and conducted initial telephonic screenings with candidates. I have assisted in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms, as well as preparing key HR documents including offer letters, requisition forms, performance appraisal forms, warning letters, and onboarding materials.

Beyond recruitment, I have supported employee onboarding and orientation, helped coordinate staff training programs, contributed to updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and assisted in tracking and documenting employee performance. I also had the valuable opportunity to visit government firms and gain first-hand exposure to UAE visa, medical, and immigration processes — knowledge that I believe adds further value in an HR role within this region.

Prior to my internship, I worked in customer service and admissions counseling, which sharpened my communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities. I am proficient in Microsoft Office and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
