I am writing to apply for the Administrative Assistant position. I am an organised, detail-oriented administrative professional based in Dubai with hands-on experience in office administration, scheduling, correspondence, and cross-departmental coordination. Most recently, as Administrative Assistant at VisionPro Medcare Al Manara, I managed calendars, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination across departments, coordinated interview schedules and staff rosters, drafted and maintained offer letters, employment contracts, and official correspondence, and processed monthly payroll documentation via WPS with 100% accuracy. I also managed UAE visa documentation, Emirates ID processing, and insurance renewals, and prepared administrative reports and dashboards using MS Excel. Prior to this, at Enoah iSolution in India, I coordinated recruitment schedules, candidate communication, and onboarding/offboarding documentation, along with internal reports and correspondence.
I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management from Manipal University and bring strong skills in calendar management, document control, data entry, and confidential document handling, along with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Google Workspace, and CRM/HRIS systems.
