Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to apply for the HR Assistant. I am an HR professional based in Dubai with hands-on experience across full-cycle recruitment, HRIS administration, payroll processing (WPS), employee records management, and UAE Labour Law compliance. Most recently, as HR Executive at VisionPro Medcare Al Manara, I supported recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave administration, and prepared HR reports and staff trackers using MS Excel, while also assisting with employee relations and HR documentation. Prior to this, at Enoah iSolution in India, I supported the full HR administration lifecycle including offer letters, policy documentation, and employee query resolution. I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management from Manipal University and am proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, HRIS systems, and CRM tools. I am fluent in English, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, and I am immediately available to join.
