At Vega Links Delivery Services, I served as the primary point of contact for major delivery platforms, including Talabat, FTH, TPS, and Keeta. I managed daily fleet operations, monitored performance KPIs, coordinated rider onboarding, and resolved operational issues to maintain service quality and partner satisfaction.
