I have 3 years of HR & Administration experience in India and 6 months of HR experience in the UAE. My experience includes recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, employee records management, attendance and leave management, payroll support, HR documentation, and HRIS administration.
In my previous roles, I handled the recruitment lifecycle including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding formalities. I also maintained confidential employee records, coordinated payroll-related activities, and ensured proper HR documentation and filing systems.
Additionally, I have a good understanding of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations, including employee documentation, leave policies, and HR compliance requirements.
I am detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working effectively in fast-paced environments. I am eager to contribute my HR skills and grow professionally within your organization.
