My role involves overseeing payroll processing, maintaining employee records, managing attendance and leave systems, and ensuring full compliance with UAE labor laws. I also actively support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives while collaborating with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Previously, I worked as an HR Assistant, where I developed strong skills in recruitment coordination, documentation, HR reporting, and database management. My early experience as a teacher has further strengthened my communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, allowing me to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
I hold a Certified Generalist in Human Resources (CGHR) certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. I am proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and payroll coordination, and I am known for my attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
I am currently based in the UAE with a valid residence visa and am available to join immediately. I am eager to contribute my HR expertise to your organization and support the development of a productive and compliant workplace.
