End-to-end recruitment support and interview coordination
Employee onboarding and offboarding processes
HR documentation (contracts, letters, employee files, NDAs)
Payroll assistance and leave/attendance management
Employee relations and day-to-day HR operations
Maintaining accurate HR databases with strict confidentiality
Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
