With over 10 years of HR and administrative experience in the UAE, I bring strong practical knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, UAE Labour Law compliance, and Visa & PRO services.
I am a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM), with additional certification in HR Analytics. Throughout my career, I have managed end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave administration, payroll inputs, performance appraisals, training coordination, HR policies, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
My experience also includes coordinating employment visas, Emirates IDs, medicals, renewals, cancellations, and government-related PRO services, while ensuring HR documentation and processes remain compliant with UAE regulations. I work effectively with management, Finance, employees, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
I am organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to creating a positive employee experience while supporting the company's operational and business objectives. I currently hold a UAE residence visa and valid UAE driving licence.
