Technical Services Maintenance Operations Manager Seeking Opportunity
Job Details
I am an experienced Technical Services and Maintenance Operations professional currently based in Dubai and seeking a suitable full-time opportunity in the UAE.
I have hands-on experience managing residential and commercial maintenance, renovation, modification and remodelling projects. My responsibilities include conducting technical inspections, diagnosing MEP and maintenance issues, preparing quotations and scopes of work, coordinating materials and suppliers, and supervising projects from initial inspection through final completion.
In my current role, I manage and supervise a team of technicians and skilled workers across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, civil, joinery, aluminium and glass works. I also coordinate daily job schedules, monitor work quality and progress, manage inventory and procurement, communicate with clients, and work closely with suppliers, subcontractors and management.
My key experience includes:
• Technical inspections and fault diagnosis
• Maintenance and facilities operations
• Renovation and refurbishment project coordination
• Preparation of quotations, scopes of work and reports
• MEP, civil and finishing works coordination
• Team supervision and daily job scheduling
• Client meetings and project updates
• Supplier and subcontractor coordination
• Procurement, material sourcing and inventory control
• Quality inspections and project handovers
• Review of architectural, structural and MEP drawings
• CRM, reporting and operational administration
I am organised, technically knowledgeable and confident in managing multiple maintenance jobs and projects while maintaining clear communication with clients and teams.

Based in Dubai and available to join from August 2026. Salary is negotiable depending on the position and responsibilities.
