Experienced E-Commerce & Operations Executive – Immediate Joiner

I am an experienced E-Commerce and Operations Executive with more than 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, customer service, logistics coordination, order fulfilment, and administrative support.

In my previous role with Ferns N Petals UAE, I managed daily operations across 24 outlets in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Al Ain, handling up to 5,000+ orders per day during peak seasons.

**Key Skills and Experience:**

* E-commerce operations and order management
* Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Panel
* Shopify and online marketplace management
* Talabat, Deliveroo, Keeta, Instashop and other aggregator platforms
* Product listing creation and content updates
* Inventory monitoring and stock coordination
* Dispatch, delivery and last-mile coordination
* Returns, refunds, cancellations and customer complaints
* Customer service through phone, email and chat
* Sales, inventory and operational reporting
* Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
* SLA, KPI and order fulfilment monitoring
* Coordination with warehouses, outlets, drivers and delivery partners

I also have experience in **Amazon Seller Support** for the UAE and Indian marketplaces and customer service experience in the banking sector.
