During my internships at ITC Limited and AVIGEN Biotech Pvt Ltd, I gained hands-on experience in quality assurance, microbial testing, and food safety practices such as GMP, GHP, and HACCP. I have also worked on academic projects involving development of bio-based cutlery, sugarcane juice shelf-life extension using hurdle technology and real-time PCR analysis of rumen fluid, which further honed my research and laboratory skills.

I am also a certified food safety supervisor and have completed training in Advance Manufacturing and Covid, Adavance Catering and Covid, ISO 22000-2018 - International Certification and Internal GAP Audit Training. My passion lies in applying scientific knowledge to enhance food quality, ensure safety, and contribute meaningfully to innovation in the food industry.
