Experienced Civil Engineer and Project Manager currently based in Dubai, with over 10 years of hands-on experience managing villa, building, infrastructure, drainage, sports facility, and utility projects.
Currently managing luxury villa construction projects in Jumeirah 1, Nad Al Hessa, and Jumeirah Bay, Dubai. Skilled in project planning, construction scheduling, site supervision, contractor and consultant coordination, authority approvals, quality control, reporting and project handover.
Key strengths include:
Project management and site engineering
Construction scheduling, WBS, and Gantt charts
Primavera P6, AutoCAD 2D/3D and MS Office
Daily, weekly, and monthly progress reporting
Client, consultant, contractor, and subcontractor coordination
Quality control, site inspections, safety briefings, and PPE compliance
Tender documentation, IPC bills, RCC works, and bar bending schedules
