I currently work as a Security Officer – Children's Special Needs Department at Amal Hospital, where I help maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for children with additional needs, their families, and the multidisciplinary team. This experience has strengthened my patience, communication skills, understanding of safeguarding, and ability to support children in a calm and compassionate manner.

In addition, I have completed a CACHE Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, which has equipped me with knowledge of child development, inclusive practice, safeguarding, and supporting pupils with diverse learning needs. My previous teaching experience has also strengthened my passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
