Hello ,
I am Recheal Teddy Namubiru, I am from Uganda. And I also have my own visa.

I have a diploma Certificate in Special and Inclusive Education.

I enjoy working one on one with children to help them feel confident and included in class. In my previous role as a learning support Assistant at Seed Special Education Center, Rashid Center and Emirates British Nursery, I supported students with reading and focus during lessons. I learned to break tasks into smaller steps, use visual prompts, and give positive reinforcement to keep them engaged.

I’m calm under pressure and good at observing when a child needs a break or a different explanation. I follow the class teacher’s plan closely and communicate daily about progress and challenges. My goal is to provide the right level of support so the child can participate independently as much as possible.

I’m patient, observant, reliable, and I understand that every child learns differently. That’s why I want to work as a Learning Support Assistant /Shadow teacher.
