Currently, I work as an Assistant / Order Manager at e& UAE, where I manage enterprise telecom orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365. My role involves creating and tracking orders for services such as Digital Internet, MPLS, Express Connect, and Cloud Express, while coordinating with provisioning, delivery, and technical teams to ensure smooth service activation. I also support B2B customers through phone and email, maintaining SLA compliance and accurate CRM records. In this role, I consistently handle over 100 service orders monthly with a 99% SLA success rate.
