In my role, I have been responsible for analyzing total rewards data, ensuring data accuracy, preparing benchmarking reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. I also have hands-on experience with data cleaning, validation, and SQL, along with strong skills in Excel.
I have recently relocated to Dubai and am actively seeking opportunities where I can contribute my analytical skills and HR expertise.
