Iam an experienced Customer Service and Sales Manager with 10+ years of professional experience across customer service, sales, business development, team management, and tourism/travel services, including valuable UAE experience.
I have a proven ability to build strong client relationships, handle customer complaints and complex issues, achieve sales targets, supervise daily operations, and motivate teams to deliver excellent results. My experience includes working with customers from diverse backgrounds, developing customer satisfaction strategies, following up on leads, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating with clients and suppliers, and improving overall service quality.
In my UAE experience, I have handled customer service operations and coordinated with Dubai Economic Department (DED), Dubai Tourism/DTCM, and courts to resolve customer-related issues effectively. I am confident in communication, problem-solving, team leadership, customer relationship management, and sales.
