For the past three and a half years, I’ve worked as a Customer Service Manager at Nexar. My
days were built around people: listening to their concerns, resolving issues quickly, and
making sure they felt heard even when the answer wasn’t the one they hoped for. I learned
that great support isn’t just about speed — it’s about empathy, and clear communication.
