developed a comprehensive understanding of international hospitality, service excellence, and travel operations.
During my 2 years of experience as a Passenger Service Agent for Philippine Airport Ground Support at Clark
International Airport has trained me to handle high-pressure customer interactions including check-in, gate boarding,
flight disruptions and service recovery solutions with poise, efficiency, and empathy. Additinally, my in Cabin Crew
Training at OMNI Aviation has honed my awareness of safety protocols, emergency procedures and crew resource
management.
What drives me most is the opportunity to make every passenger feel safe, valued, and comfortable throughout their
journey. I believe that exceptional cabin service goes beyond meeting basic expectational; it is about anticipating
needs, staying calm under pressure, and creating memorable , seamless experiences. With my background in customer
