Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and cook shawarmas according to traditional recipes and company standards
• Select and cut meats, vegetables, and toppings for shawarmas
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely ordering and
replenishment of ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to prepare tea and other
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
• High sense of responsibility
• Active listening - understanding the customers' needs.
