I am looking for a job as a Chef De Partie (CDP) in UAE.
Highly skilled Chef De Partie with over 8 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, and hospitality establishments across the UAE and Uganda. Currently working as a Chef De Partie in Dubai, with strong expertise in food preparation, plating, recipe execution, stock control, food safety, and kitchen operations.
Specialized in fast-food concepts, burgers, grilled items, seafood preparation, sauce making, and high-volume kitchen operations. Capable of developing and building complete menus for different fast-food concepts, including burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fried chicken, snacks, sides, sauces, and combo meals. Strong understanding of food costing, menu engineering, recipe standardization, and kitchen efficiency.
Experienced in HACCP compliance, maintaining the highest hygiene standards, training junior staff, and delivering consistent food quality in fast-paced environments.
