experience preparing à la carte dishes including pasta, grilled chicken,
burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads, and signature sauces such as
Hummus, Toum, Mushroom Sauce, and Pesto.
My strengths include mise en place, food presentation, portion control,
inventory management, FIFO, HACCP food safety standards, and
maintaining consistency in high-volume kitchen operations. I work well
under pressure, collaborate effectively with kitchen teams, and take pride in

I am currently based in Dubai with a valid UAE visa and am available for
