I bring over 16 years of experience in luxury hotels, working with high standards and modern cuisine. I currently hold the position of Sous Chef. I have earned three PIC certifications and six times Basic Food Hygiene certificates, reflecting my strong commitment to food safety and professional excellence.
My culinary experience includes a wide range of international cuisines such as Indian, Arabic, Italian, Mediterranean, and healthy menu concepts. I also specialize in Arabic and Turkish kebabs, burgers, and gourmet sandwiches. In addition, I have experience in menu creation and am comfortable using Excel and Word for kitchen management and documentation.
