several years of hands-on culinary experience in both resort and restaurant environments,
along with my current role as a Commis II in the United Arab Emirates, I am confident in my

Currently, I am working as a Commis II at Little Bangkok Thai Restaurant, where I assist in daily
kitchen operations, prepare mise en place according to authentic recipes, and cook and present
a variety of Thai dishes such as stir-fries, curries, and appetizers. I have developed strong skills
in maintaining consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation, while ensuring strict
compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards. Working in a fast-paced
environment has strengthened my ability to perform eﬃciently under pressure and collaborate
eﬀectively with team members during peak service hours.
Previously, I worked as a Demi Chef de Partie at Temple Tree Resort and Spa in Nepal, where I
gained experience in managing a kitchen section, supervising junior staﬀ, and supporting menu
preparation for buﬀets, events, and special dietary requirements. My earlier experience as a
Commis II at Rupa Kot Resort and Spa further strengthened my foundation in kitchen
operations, food preparation, and cost control. These roles have enhanced my technical skills,
leadership ability, and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
I am passionate about learning new cooking techniques, exploring international cuisines, and
continuously improving my culinary skills. I am eager to take on greater responsibilities and
grow professionally in a Cook position where I can contribute to menu execution, kitchen
