Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to express my interest in the Civil Site Engineer / Site Engineer position in the UAE. I am a B.Tech Civil Engineering graduate with 5 years of experience in construction, including experience in residential, commercial, villa, high-rise, institutional and renovation projects.

Currently, I am working as a Project Engineer with Techhouze Builders & Developers LLP, where I have been responsible for site execution, project coordination, quality control, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, material procurement, subcontractor management and project progress monitoring. I have worked on major projects including a 14-floor residential apartment project and a 7-floor institutional project.

Previously, I worked as a Site Engineer at Infine Builders Pvt. Ltd., where I independently supervised residential, villa and apartment projects, including managing multiple villa projects simultaneously. My experience includes setting-out, structural and civil works, architectural and finishing works, manpower management, material coordination and ensuring execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

I am familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, and I have additional training in Project Management and Quantity Surveying.

I am currently based in the UAE and am actively seeking an opportunity where I can contribute my construction experience, technical knowledge and site management skills to your organization.
