I am a Dubai-based Construction and Technical Services professional with hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, quotations, site supervision, worker and subcontractor coordination, material procurement and client coordination.

Currently working as a Manager with Ishwar Chand Technical Services L.L.C in Dubai, I have experience handling villa renovation and technical-service projects, including site inspections, measurements, quotation preparation, material coordination, workforce management and project execution.

My key strengths include site supervision, team coordination, construction planning, material follow-up, quality monitoring, project documentation and client communication. I am familiar with villa renovation, tiles and marble works, block and plaster works, electrical works, waterproofing, landscaping and general maintenance projects.

I am currently based in Dubai and available immediately. I am looking for an opportunity as a Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor or Technical Services Supervisor where I can contribute my practical site experience and project coordination skills.
