B.E, Civil Engineer with Twenty-five years of professional experience in execution of High rise towers of 85 Floors, 40 Floors 25 Floors towers as a Projects / Project Managers and as Sr. Project Engineers and handled responsibility as a Chief projects officer, Operations Manager, Client Rep, Projects Manager, Structural Design Engineer (Manual) Tendering / Estimation Manager, Construction Manager/ Sr. Project Engineer, Structural Design Engineer, Sr. Civil Engineer, Site Engineer in various MNC organizations .
Handled responsibility of Estimation and Tendering submitting offer of (Commercial and Technical Proposals) submitted until 75 stories and various structures, Townships, Infrastructures, Smart City, etc.
Marketing and company presentation for new inquiries of new projects and handles sales team for marketing and fund raising.

 Knowledge of construction aspects.
 Deliver the project within agreed time, scope, quality, budget, and safety.
 Know how in most recent concrete, shuttering and decking system technology (Jump form, Hydraulic, Lift slab, Permanent shutter, finishing material, M.E.P. works.
 Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
 Submitting technical, commercial, Preparation of B.O.Q and Value Engineering proposal and Design Management.
 Managing the projects to meet time constraints and budget...

 Familiar with contract terms, specifications, COC, Codes, ISO, NEBOSH, with strong commercial skills which display during negotiations with client engineers and sub-contractors.
 Ensure all local authorities, legal agreements, addendums, amendments, Matrix of project estimation, Actual costs & general conditions, budget, material orders etc…
 Obtain permits, Noc’s and licenses from local /appropriate authorities.
 Ensure stamped contract documents received to authorized staffs and ensure it was clear and o follow as per budget limit.

B.E (Bachelor of Civil Engineering) (1995- 1999) Karunya Institute of Technology, Tamil Nadu, India.
DM (Dubai Municipality) Approvals:-
Approved Dubai Municipality Exam - Un-Limited Approved Dubai Municipality Exam - Steel Structure.
