Working closely with construction site teams gave me valuable exposure to site operations, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.

While I have built a solid career in accounting, I decided to transition into the health and safety profession because I am passionate about workplace safety and believe it offers greater long-term career growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the construction industry.
