Dubai Municipality Approved Civil Engineer (DM G+1 Licensed) and Society of Engineers (SOE) Member with over 7 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in industrial, commercial, warehouse, and interior fit-out projects across the UAE. Proven expertise in managing projects from site mobilization, earthworks, and foundation construction through steel structure erection, MEP installations, interior fit-out works, finishing, testing & commissioning, and final handover. Experienced in delivering office, warehouse, industrial facility, and specialized fit-out projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Skilled in project planning, site supervision, subcontractor management, resource allocation, quality control, and health & safety compliance. Strong experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities including Trakhees and Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) to obtain approvals and resolve technical challenges. Recognized for successfully delivering projects on schedule, maintaining high construction standards, and effectively managing multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced construction environments.
