I am seeking a new career opportunity as a Cleaning Supervisor in a mall, airport, or hypermarket environment. With 24 years of retail operations experience, 7 years in the UAE, and hands-on experience supervising cleaning operations in airports and commercial facilities, I am confident in my ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and team performance.

I have experience supervising housekeeping staff, preparing duty rosters and timesheets, assigning work, inspecting floors, washrooms, and public areas, operating and monitoring cleaning machines such as scrubber machines, and ensuring all areas meet hygiene and safety standards. I also monitor cleaning supplies, coordinate with clients, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

I have practical knowledge of supervising cleaning teams in malls, airports, and hypermarkets. My responsibilities include:

Supervising and allocating work to 20–50 cleaners based on daily operational requirements.

Preparing and maintaining cleaners' duty rosters, attendance records, and timesheets.

Ensuring proper manpower utilization by deploying staff efficiently across washrooms, food courts, entrances, parking areas, sales floors, and public spaces.

Conducting regular inspections of floors, washrooms, glass, escalators, lifts, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards.

Monitoring the correct operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment, including:

Walk-behind scrubber dryer

Ride-on scrubber dryer

Single-disc floor polishing machine

Wet & dry vacuum cleaner

High-pressure jet machine

Carpet extraction machine

Steam cleaning machine

High-speed burnisher

Ensuring proper use of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and safety procedures.

Monitoring cleaning consumables and maintaining stock records.

Coordinating with clients and management to resolve cleaning-related issues promptly.

Training cleaners on SOPs, machine operation, and quality standards to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
