My name is Bipin Babu, and I am from India. I hold a Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Mahatma Gandhi University. Additionally, I completed an Advanced Training Course in UAE Taxation & VAT at Skillmount Management Training Center LLC (KHDA Approved), Dubai, to strengthen my knowledge of the UAE taxation system and accounting practices.
I have more than six years of professional experience in accounting and finance. I worked as an Accountant at Popular Mega Motors India Pvt. Ltd. for three years, where I handled day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and audit support.
Currently, I am working as a Cashier with ENOC Retail LLC in Dubai. Although my designation is Cashier, my responsibilities include cash management, cash reconciliation, purchase invoice processing, purchase return entries, online bill payments, cash deposits, inventory monitoring, and maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation. This role has strengthened my attention to detail, accuracy, and financial control.
To further enhance my practical knowledge of UAE accounting practices, I also completed a three-month internship in UAE VAT and Corporate Tax at Capella Tax Consultancy LLC. During the internship, I gained hands-on experience in VAT registration, VAT return filing, Corporate Tax registration, tax compliance, and the preparation of financial reports.
I am proficient in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally Prime, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office, and I have a good understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS principles.
I am now looking for an opportunity as a Junior Accountant or Accountant, where I can apply my accounting knowledge, continue learning, and contribute to the organization's financial accuracy and growth.
