organization. With over 8 years of experience in the banking and financial services
industry, I have developed strong expertise in regulatory compliance, customer
onboarding, KYC and Re-KYC processes, loan processing, MIS reporting, stakeholder
management, and operational excellence.
Currently, I am working as a Deputy Manager with Axis Bank, where I manage project
coordination across Business, Operations, IT, and Analytics teams while supporting
governance, MIS reporting, dashboard development, and operational performance
monitoring. Prior to this, I served as an Assistant Manager in the Central Processing
Unit at Axis Bank, managing customer onboarding, KYC compliance, Beneficial
Ownership verification, regulatory adherence, process improvements, and branch
support initiatives.
Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on improving operational efficiency,
maintaining high compliance standards, reducing turnaround times, and enhancing
customer experience. My experience also includes housing loan processing with HDFC
Sales and customer operations with ICICI Lombard, providing me with a comprehensive
understanding of banking operations and financial services.
I hold an MBA in Finance and possess strong analytical and reporting skills with
hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, and core
banking systems. My ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage
stakeholder expectations, and drive process improvements enables me to contribute
effectively in fast-paced and highly regulated environments.
I am currently based in the UAE on a Tourist Visa and am available for immediate
