The role involves managing day-to-day accounting functions. Post journal entries and process accounts payable/receivable. • Handle invoicing and payments and maintain accurate financial records. • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including reconciliations and bank statements. • petty cash handling. • intercompany reconciliations Managing GL accounts. • month-end/year-end closing process. • UAE VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.• Reconciled intercompany, ledger, & party accounts for financial accuracy. • Prepare a local purchase order breakdown list. • Prepare balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow statements.
