Job Details

Results-oriented Senior Accountant with 10+ years of experience in Gold Bullion, Jewellery Trading, Retail, E-Commerce, Contracting, and Manufacturing industries across UAE and Pakistan. Strong expertise in financial reporting, general ledger management, budgeting, VAT compliance, reconciliations, and audit coordination. Proven ability to manage complete accounting cycles, supervise finance operations, and support management with accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Experienced in handling bullion and precious metals accounting, inventory control, profit analysis, supplier/customer reconciliations, and multi-company accounts. Skilled in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software with a strong understanding of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations.

Core Responsibilities
Managing full-cycle accounting and financial operations
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handling gold bullion and jewellery inventory accounting
Monitoring accounts payable and receivable
Performing bank, supplier, and intercompany reconciliations
Managing VAT filing and tax compliance
Preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
Coordinating with auditors and ensuring audit readiness
Supervising junior accountants and finance staff
Maintaining internal controls and compliance procedures
Supporting management with financial analysis and business reporting
