Roles & Responsibilities:
Record financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
Handle petty cash and daily cash reporting.
Process supplier invoices and verify supporting documents.
• Prepare payment vouchers and schedule payments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation to Identify and resolve discrepancies and to Monitor cash flow movements.
• Track collections and follow up on overdue payments.
• Assist in preparing VAT returns as per Federal Tax Authority guidelines.
• Supporting month-end and year-end closure.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, contracts, and financial records.
• Book KeepingVat Filing.
