 Prepare and manage budgets across departments, monitor, control.
 Reports for group companies involved in different line of business, like contracting, manufacturing, general trading, energy generations, assembly lines, metal industries, electronic items trading, retail and distribution of perfumes, distribution of food Items, FMCG.
 Forecast financial trends and prepare long-term financial plans.
 Group Financial reports, MIS Reports for 20 Companies,
 Monitor actual vs. budget performance and investigate variances.
 Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve efficiency across the group companies.
 Design and implement SOPs of finance department to ease department function
 Prepare complete set of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
 Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
 Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
 Monitor daily cash flow and liquidity position.
 Optimize working capital (accounts receivable, payable, inventory).
 Ensure sufficient funds for operations and investments.
 Establish and monitor internal financial controls.
 Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audits.
 Lead and mentor the finance team.
 Collaborate with other departments (HR, operations, sales) to support decision-making.
 Ensure cross-functional alignment of financial goals.
 Evaluate capital investment opportunities.
 Manage relationships with banks, investors, and lenders.
 Secure financing or funding as needed.
 Ensure timely and accurate filing of taxes-VAT, CT.
 Optimize tax liabilities through strategic planning.
 Stay updated with tax laws and regulatory changes.

 Successfully implement new ERP system Microsoft Dynamic Navision, Dynamic 365.
 Successfully Implement new ERP system SAP B1
 Hand on Experience-Quick Books, Sage Line 50, Tally, Odoo, Peachtree
 Financial Module through excel, skilled with Microsoft applications
