The Space

Completely renovated by its owner and finished to a high specification, this spacious apartment on the 13th floor was designed as a home first — every detail chosen with care — giving it the comfort and polish of a private residence rather than a standard short-let.

The open-plan living and dining area sets the tone: polished marble-effect flooring, sheer floor-to-ceiling curtains, a large and comfortable brown Natuzzi sofa, and a pair of plush swivel armchairs gathered around a glass coffee table. A large Smart TV paired with a Bose surround sound system anchors the seating zone, while a rustic wine-crate rack adds warmth against the otherwise cool, contemporary palette. The dining table seats four beneath a sculptural antler centrepiece.

Quality linens, pillows, ample clothing storage, and hangers are provided in both rooms.

Both ensuite bathrooms are finished with elegant Elie Saab wall tiling. The master features a freestanding bathtub, while the guest ensuite has a walk-in shower. Both come with a hair dryer and a full set of toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body soap, and towels. A separate guest powder room (WC and basin, no bath or shower) is also available for visitors. • This is a residential building; please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours.

• The pool and communal grounds are shared with other building residents.

• Linens and towels are washed in accordance with local authority hygiene guidelines.

• Maximum occupancy is 4 adults — please do not exceed the stated capacity.

• A locked storage room is reserved for the owner and is not part of the guest stay.

• WiFi and internet access are included at no extra charge.

• Parking availability: please inquire before arrival if you are travelling by car.

• This is a strictly non-smoking apartment — zero tolerance for smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking inside the apartment will incur an AED 1,800 deep-cleaning fee.

• Building Facilities: The building amenities including the pool, gym, etc., are directly overseen by the Building Management. We do not have any control or accountability over these facilities.
