Bella Rose is located in the vibrant Al Barsha South area of Dubai, a rapidly developing community known for its family-friendly environment and strategic location. The area is well-connected via major roads like Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, facilitating easy access to other parts of Dubai. For daily shopping needs, Happy Loft Supermarket is conveniently located in the Bella Rose building. Residents can enjoy shopping, dining, and leisure activities at My City Centre Al Barsha, a shopping mall that is 5 minutes away. Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Butterfly Garden, popular attractions offering unique floral displays and butterfly exhibits, are also situated within a short driving distance.

Getting around
Parking within the building premises is ideal. The nearest bus stop is 6-8 minutes walk at Dubai Science Park, City Center Stop that could you to Mall of the Emirates. Popular ride-hailing services like Uber, Careem, and traditional taxis offer comfortable and convenient transportation options. Quick drive to the following areas: MIracle Garden – 2.5 KM Butterfly Garden – 3.5 KM Mall of Emirates – 10 KM Dubai International Airport – 32 KM Burj Al Arab – 11 KM

We would love you to treat our self-service apartment as your own. Like other properties, we have listed a few things to note: Check-in time: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. Arrivals outside of the standard check-in time will incur an out-of-schedule fee of AED 100.00 (payable upon check-in). Check-in to the apartment will only be allowed after the main guest agrees to the terms and conditions and completes the check-in form with an electronic signature. Clear passport copies of all guests must be provided in advance for registration purposes to ensure a smooth check in. The cleaning service included in the cleaning fee covers post-stay cleaning. Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge. Basic amenities such as toiletries, toothpaste, detergents, coffee capsules, and extra toiletries are not provided during the stay. However, these can be made available upon request for an additional charge. Smoking and parties inside the apartment are prohibited. Any damages or signs of smoking may result in charges or penalties. A replacement fee will apply for any lost access cards or keys.

Other things to note:

*A damage deposit of AED 2,000 in cash is required on arrival. It will be reimbursed in full on check-out, subject to a property inspection. The tourism fee is not included in the accommodation fare.
