The Neighbourhood

DTCM fee (The DTCM fee applies to bookings of less than 30 days. For bookings of more than 30 days, the DTCM fee does not apply)

Security deposit (The security deposit is collected to cover any damage to, or missing items from, the apartment will result in a deduction from the deposit equal to the replacement cost of the item(s).
Agent commission applies and may vary depending on market conditions.

Guest Access

Check-in: From 3PM onwards & Check-out: 12:00 noon
For assistance with check-in and check-out, our Guest Relations team will meet and greet you at the property during working hours (3pm-9pm).
Guests will gain access to the building’s private swimming pool and gym along with other communal areas.
Benefit complimentary parking for one vehicle and 24-7 building security for your peace of mind.

Other Things to Note

As per Dubai regulations, a copy of each guest’s passport or Emirates ID is required at check-in for registration purposes. This applies to every individual staying at the property. Failure to provide the required documents will result in denial of check-in.
Any damage to or missing valuable items in the apartment will result in a deduction from your security deposit equivalent to the item's replacement value
Guests must strictly follow the house rules mentioned below. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of AED 3,000.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors,
-Parties are not permitted.
-Pets are not allowed on the property
-Commercial Photography is prohibited
- All guests are required to adhere to the property’s quiet hours policy between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
