-Benefit complimentary parking for one vehicle and 24-7 building security for your peace of mind.

Other Things to Note
-As per Dubai regulations, a copy of each guest’s passport or Emirates ID is required at check-in for registration purposes. This applies to every individual staying at the property. Failure to provide the required documents will result in denial of check-in.
-Any damage to or missing valuable items in the apartment will result in a deduction from your security deposit equivalent to the item's replacement value
-Guests must strictly follow the house rules mentioned below. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of AED 3,000.
