BEDROOM #1: queen bed and a 55-inch UHD Smart-TV as well as a balcony and master bathroom. The balcony has two comfortable chairs and a coffee table, and, of course, an amazing view of Dubai Marina.
Attached bathroom: a shower and a bathtub, toilet.

Living room: 65-inch UHD Smart-TV, a wifi router with 250mb speed, a dining table, and a SOFA-BED that comfortably sleeps 2. Another (8th) person can sleep on the sofa. It also leads to another balcony with 2 comfortable seats, a coffee table, and an amazing view.

BEDROOM #2: two single beds, 55-inch TV, attached full bathroom.

BEDROOM #3: the maid's room has a single bed with an attached bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.

KITCHEN: fully equipped with everything you could ever need: dishes, pans and pots, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, cooking stove, oven, etc.
