Security deposit (To be held only from you’re the guest’s credit card): AED 1,000
Applicable post move out cleaning charges: AED 280
Maximum Occupancy: 4 persons(Only registered number of guests are permitted to stay overnight)extra two guests are allowed at extra charge AED 90 per night each
Infant: One crib is provided upon request- for free
Pets: Not allowed without the operator’s approval and at extra charge 350 AED per stay
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Building & Dubai regulations)
Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the apartment
Parties / Events: Not permitted under any circumstances
The operator’s operational hours for any inquires: Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 7 PM.
