Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Late Check-out:
Late check-out until 1:00 PM may be accommodated subject to availability. Please contact our team at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for later departures.

Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of AED 5,000 is required upon arrival. For stays longer than 5 nights, an additional AED 1,000 refundable deposit per extra night will apply.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A AED 2,000 penalty will be charged for any violation.

Lost Keys or Access Cards:
A replacement fee of AED 500 applies for any lost or damaged keys, access cards, or remotes.

No Parties or Loud Noise:
Ellington Beach House is a peaceful, luxury residential community. Parties, events, or loud music are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
